Powder Coating
At our company we have an electrostatic painting line with a wide range of colours and textures based on the RAL system. This continuous line - including a 14-metre oven with washing, drying and curing - is intended for electrostatic polyester or epoxy coating of metal parts.
Before painting, pre-treatment is carried out by spraying. This process aims to clean and prepare the metals for painting, protect them from corrosion and maximise powder adhesion.
The powder coating of metals with powder painting is carried out through electrostatic deposition and subsequent polymerisation at temperatures close to 200 degrees, according to the product's technical data sheet. This process makes the surface highly resistant to severe weather conditions, guaranteeing the customer a product of high quality and durability.
